[目的]介绍某血站采血过程采用的消毒灭菌方法,并对其效果进行比较研究。[方法]对手和皮肤消毒先用碘伏涂抹法,后采用复合法:含500mg/L有效氯含氯消毒液浸泡5.0min后,涂抹2%碘酊作用1.0min,再75%消毒酒精脱碘;空气消毒采用紫外线照射60min;物体表面消毒采用含氯消毒液擦拭;血液渗漏污染后立即清除污染血液,然后根据消毒对象性质消毒灭菌处理。按《消毒技术规范》(2002年版)进行消毒灭菌效果检测,按《医院消毒卫生标准》(GB15982-1995)医疗机构Ⅱ类环境评价规定,比较复合法与碘伏涂抹法、空气消毒后使用前与工作完成后、物体表面2005年9月前后的合格率。[结果]对手和皮肤消毒碘伏涂抹法合格率为86.7%,而复合法达100%;空气消毒后使用前合格率为98.4%,工作完成后合格率仅63.7%;物体表面消毒后细菌菌落总数合格率逐年提高;血液渗漏污染消毒灭菌后合格率100%。[结论]对手和皮肤消毒复合法优于碘伏涂抹法;空气消毒后有人活动时质量下降;加强对相关人员培训后,物体表面消毒方面取得了良好效果;血液渗漏污染消毒灭菌合理有效。
