蓝海战略是保持企业可持续发展的一种卓越战略思想,已经被很多企业成功应用于经营和市场营销领域,取得了良好的效果。中小型科技企业很难通过传统的校园招聘、大型人才招聘会等形式吸引到优秀人才。通过实施蓝海战略,不仅可以满足中小型企业在人才招聘中的个性化需求,且通过借助互联网和移动互联网工具,可以招聘到较为理想的高素质人才。本文通过蓝海战略思维分析,希望为中小型科技企业人才提供一些可行性建议。
Blue Ocean Strategy is to maintain the sustainable development of enterprises an excellent strategic thinking, many companies have been successfully applied to business and marketing, and achieved good results. Small and medium-sized technology companies find it hard to attract talented people through traditional campus recruitment and large-scale job fairs.
