目的探讨鼻咽癌组织中bcl2、p15的表达水平与预后的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学S P法测定56例鼻咽癌组织中bcl2、p15的表达水平,并分析其与鼻咽原发灶大小、颈淋巴结有无转移、放疗后有无肿瘤残留及与生存期的关系。结果T1-2者bcl2高、低表达分别占68.0%(17/25)、32.0%(8/25),p15分别为20.0%(5/25)、80.0%(20/25),T3-4者bcl2高、低表达分别占77.4%(24/31)、22.6%(7/31),p15分别为38.7%(12/31)、61.3%(19/31);颈淋巴结阳性者bcl2高、低表达分别占69.8%(30/43)、30.2%(13/43),p15分别为37.2%(16/43)、62.8(27/43),颈淋巴结阴性者bcl2高、低表达分别占84.6%(11/13)、15.4%(2/13),p15分别为7.7%(1/13)、92.3%(12/13);放疗后肿瘤残留者bcl2高、低表达分别占74.1%(20/27)、25.9%(7/27),p15分别为33.3%(9/27)、66.7%(18/27),无残留者bcl2高、低表达分别占72.4%(21/29)、27.6%(8/29),p15分别为27.6%(8/29)、72.4%(21/29);原发灶大小、颈淋巴结有无转移和放疗后有无肿瘤残留其bcl2、p15的表达水平均差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。bcl2或p15高表达组与低表达组的生存率差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论鼻咽癌组织中bcl2和p15的表达水平对预测鼻咽癌的病情及预后均无重要的价值。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of bcl-2 and p15 and the prognosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of bcl2 and p15 in 56 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, and to analyze their relationship with the size of the primary tumor, the metastasis of the cervical lymph nodes, the tumor residual after radiotherapy and the survival time relationship. Results The high and low expressions of bcl2 in T1-2 patients were 68.0% (17/25) and 32.0% (8/25), respectively. The positive rates of p15 were 20.0% (5/25), 80.0% (20/25) The high and low expression of bcl2 accounted for 77.4% (24/31), 22.6% (7/31), respectively. The positive rates of p15 were 38.7% (12/31) and 61.3% (19/31) The low expression of bcl2 in low lymph node metastasis was 69.8% (30/43), 30.2% (13/43), p15 was 37.2% (16/43), 62.8 (27/43) (11/13), 15.4% (2/13), p15 were 7.7% (1/13) and 92.3% (12/13) respectively. The high and low expression of bcl2 in tumor residual after radiotherapy accounted for 74.1% (20 /27),25.9%(7/27), p15were 33.3% (9/27) and 66.7% (18/27), respectively. There was no significant difference in the expression of bcl2 and low expression of 72.4% (21/29), 27.6 (8/29), p15 (27/29), and 72.4% (21/29) respectively. The expression of bcl-2 and p15 in primary tumor, cervical lymph node metastasis and tumor residual after radiotherapy There was no significant difference, P> 0.05. There was no significant difference in the survival rates between bcl-2 or p15 high expression group and low expression group (P> 0.05). Conclusion The expression levels of bcl2 and p15 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma have no significant value in predicting the prognosis and prognosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
