单克隆抗体作为当代生物学上三大技术之一,正越来越广泛地在分子生物学领域中发挥其独特作用,在医学及生物科学上发展速度很快,研究工作也在不断地深入。近几年来,我国继其他国家之后也开展了这方面的研究。上海农学院动物科学系生物技术研究室副研究员陆苹,在1982~1986年期间,曾先后两次赴美,在马里兰大学进行美国农业部下达的“抗病毒单克隆抗体”的研究,取得了丰硕的成果,并被授予马里兰大学“客座教授”的荣誉。
Monoclonal antibody, as one of the three major biological technologies in the world, is playing a more and more important role in the field of molecular biology more and more widely. Its development in medical and biological sciences is rapid and its research work is continuously deepening. In recent years, our country has conducted research in this area after other countries. Lu Ping, an associate research fellow at the Department of Biotechnology, Animal Science Department of Shanghai Agricultural College, twice went to the United States between 1982 and 1986 and conducted research on “Antiviral Monoclonal Antibodies” issued by the U.S. Department of Agriculture at the University of Maryland. Has achieved fruitful results, and was awarded the honor of “Visiting Professor” at the University of Maryland.
