首次报道了采用溶胶 凝胶工艺制备TiO2/ZrxTi1-xO2异质结构光催化薄膜的新方法。薄膜样品的表面形貌、吸收光谱以及光催化性质的测试结果表明,在TiO2光催化薄膜与衬底之间引入ZrxTi1-xO2过渡层,很容易获得晶粒尺寸很小的纳米薄膜;其光催化活性和抗失活稳定性都有明显提高,且超过了DegussaP25薄膜。
For the first time, a new method of preparing photocatalytic TiO2 / ZrxTi1-xO2 heterostructures by sol-gel process was reported. The results of surface morphology, absorption spectra and photocatalytic properties show that the introduction of ZrxTi1-xO2 transition layer between the TiO2 photocatalytic film and the substrate makes it easy to obtain nanocrystalline films with very small grain size. Activity and anti-inactivation stability were significantly improved, and exceeded DegussaP25 film.
