目的 :了解急性脑梗塞患者红细胞免疫粘附 (red cellimmuneadherence ,RCIA)功能的变化及纯阿片受体拮抗剂金尔伦对其影响。方法 :以郭峰法测定 49例急性脑梗塞患者和 30例健康体检者红细胞补体C3b受体花环率 (RBC C3bRR)和红细胞免疫复合物花环率 (RBC ICR) ,并给 2 5例急性脑梗塞患者以金尔伦治疗 2周后复测RBC C3bRR和RBC ICR。结果 :脑梗塞急性期患者RBC C3bRR明显降低 ,RBC ICR明显增高 ;金尔伦治疗 2周后 ,RBC C3bRR明显增高 ,RBC ICR明显降低 ,肢体功能也明显提高 ,与对照组比较差异显著 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :RCIA功能的变化与急性脑梗塞的发生发展有密切关系 ,早期应用金尔伦治疗在有效改善肢体功能的同时可明显提高RCIA功能
Objective: To investigate the changes of red cell immune adhesion (RCIA) function in patients with acute cerebral infarction and the effects of pure opioid receptor antagonist Hurun. Methods: The RBC C3bRR and RBC ICR of erythrocyte in 49 acute cerebral infarction patients and 30 healthy volunteers were measured by GuoFeng method, and 25 patients with acute cerebral infarction RBC C3bRR and RBC ICR were measured after 2 weeks of treatment with Hillen. Results: RBC C3bRR was significantly decreased and RBC ICR was significantly increased in acute cerebral infarction patients. After 2 weeks of treatment, the C3bRR of RBC was significantly increased, and the ICR of RBC was significantly decreased, and the function of limbs was also significantly increased, which was significantly different from the control group (P < 0 .0 1). Conclusion: The changes of RCIA function are closely related to the occurrence and development of acute cerebral infarction. The early application of Hillen treatment can effectively improve the function of limbs and improve the function of RCIA
