1Cr18Ni9Ti是广泛采用的不锈钢之一。这一类型的奥氏体不锈钢具有晶间腐蚀的倾向。在文献中报导了许多未经稳定化处理而在使用中腐蚀破坏的18-8+Ti钢,事例,并指出以钛稳定的18-8钢,(Ti/C≈12.5),如不经稳定化处理,也不可能保证长时间加热后无晶间腐蚀。在文献中,也报导了类似的事例。由此可看出稳定化处理在1Cr18Ni9Ti的使用中,具有重要的意义。为提高1Cr18Ni9Ti钢的抗晶间腐蚀能力而采用稳定化处理,早已为人们所知道,并进行了许多研究。但在稳定化处理过程中,为避免在敏化温度范围450~800℃的停留,而要求采用快速冷却的方式。本工作,从我厂的现实生产条件出发,在退火炉内,即在缓慢加热及冷却的条件下,对固溶状态晶间腐蚀不合格的1Cr18Ni9Ti钢板,进行了稳定化处理的研究,并取得良好的效果,在生产中已得到了运用。
1Cr18Ni9Ti is one of the widely used stainless steel. Austenitic stainless steels of this type have a tendency to intergranular corrosion. This work, starting from the actual production conditions in our factory, in the annealing furnace, that is, under the conditions of slow heating and cooling, the stability of the 1Cr18Ni9Ti plate in the solution state of intergranular corrosion was studied, and obtained Good effect, has been used in production.
