新时代、新课程、新理念,都呼唤着“教”与“学”的变革,为此,教师就应当要响应号召,积极地树立新的教学观念,并对新型的教学方式和手段进行不断地探索和研究,以此来提高学生的英语素养、积极推进素质教育的快速发展。学生是课堂的主人,因此,在实际教学中,教师就要重视每个学生,根据学生的实际学习情况来将学生进行不同层次的划分,分类推进,因材施教,并以实际的教学目标和大纲进行内容的确定,采用多种教学环节,激发学生学习英语的积极性,挖掘学生内在的潜能。本文就将以如何更好的在高中英语教学课堂中应用分层教学法为主要内容,进行相应的策略探究。
