我们观察了６０例患者纤维胃镜检查时的动态心电图变化。检查前窦性心动过速１９例，室上性早搏１例，ＳＴ段压低２例。检查过程中窦性心动过速５３例，室上性早搏１５例，室性早搏２例，２种以上早搏者３例，窦性心动过缓１例，ＳＴ段压低８例，Ｒ波电压下降４３例。结果提示：胃镜检查时心律失常是常见的，老年病人中发生率更高；机理可能与胃镜刺激咽部引起的神经反射及胃镜对心脏的机械刺激有关。
We observed changes in the dynamic electrocardiogram of 60 patients underwent gastroscopy. Pre-check sinus tachycardia in 19 cases, 1 case of supraventricular premature beats, ST-segment depression in 2 cases. During the examination, 53 cases of sinus tachycardia, 15 cases of supraventricular premature beats, 2 cases of premature ventricular contractions, 3 cases of more than 2 preeclampsia, sinus bradycardia in 1 case, ST segment depression in 8 cases, R wave voltage drop 43 cases. The results suggest that: arrhythmia is common in gastroscopy, the incidence is higher in elderly patients; mechanism may be related to the gastroscopy to stimulate the pharyngeal reflex caused by gastroscopy and mechanical stimulation of the heart.
