随着我国教育改革的深入发展,面对以教师为中心、重知识灌输的传统英语教学方式对高职院校学生存在的制约性,枯燥乏味的同时也不利于培养社会需求的技能型人才的培养,踏出一条适合高职院校的英语教学之路。通过探索高职高专外语教学与文化教学相融合的途径,积极开辟跨文化外语教学的新思路,努力探寻适合高职高专学生的跨文化外语教学框架,使得跨文化交际能力的培养作为外语教学的新目标,使得跨文化交际能力在外语教学与工学结合的人才培养模式之间架起一座桥,通过教学的新思路,来发挥外语教学对于学生个人素质和综合能力培养的潜力,为21世纪人才培养模式注入新的活力,并同时提高专业英语课教学效果。
