近年来,我院成功为老年主动脉夹层患者实施腔内隔绝术,近期效果良好,现报道如下。1 资料与方法选择2003年7月～2008年5月在我院确诊Stanford B型老年患者26例进行了血管腔内隔绝术治疗。男22例,女4例,平均年龄(67±11)岁。其中19例以突发胸部、胸背部剧痛发病,2例表现为晕厥,1例为突发胸闷,呼吸困难,1例以反复腹胀为首发症状,3例为例行体检时确诊。全组均有
In recent years, our hospital successfully for the elderly patients with aortic dissection endovascular surgery, the recent good results are reported below. 1 Materials and Methods Select July 2003 ~ May 2008 in our hospital diagnosed with Stanford type B elderly patients 26 cases of endovascular treatment. There were 22 males and 4 females with an average age of 67 ± 11 years. Among them, 19 cases had sudden thoracic and chest and back severe pain onset, 2 cases showed syncope, 1 case had sudden chest tightness and difficulty breathing, 1 case had recurrent abdominal distension as the first symptom and 3 cases were diagnosed routinely.
