目的:对近20年来我国医学影像学教学文献进行分析,探索当前研究热点及前沿,为将来医学影像学教学发展策略的制定提供重要的理论依据。方法:通过可视化分析软件CiteSpace对1998年至2018年在CNKI上发表的影像学教学相关文献进行分析,揭示出该领域研究热点和前沿、作者合作情况及发文机构分布。结果:医学影像学相关教学文献每年的发文量整体呈上升趋势;该领域的作者分布较松散,机构间的合作仍局限于小团体内;研究热点主要是教学模式和教学改革;近几年的研究前沿主要是PBL教学法和案例教学法。结论:我国医学影像学研究近些年发文数量逐渐增加,内容不断丰富,但是还没有形成大规模的研究团队,文献质量还有待加强,需要进一步加大对该领域的投入。“,”Objective:To explore the current research frontiers and hotspots of medical imaging by analyzing its teaching literature of China in recent 20 years and to provide theoretical basis for the development strategy of medical imaging teaching in the future.Methods:This study analyzed the literature of imaging teaching published on CNKI from 1998 to 2018 through visualized analysis software CiteSpace and revealed the distributions of such literature, their authors and related institutions, as well as research hotspots and frontiers in this field.Results:The number of literature of medical imaging teaching showed an overall upward trend every year, but the authors in this field was loosely distributed and interagency cooperation was still limited to small groups with teaching modes and teaching reforms being the research hotspots, and PBL and CBL teaching method being the main frontiers.Conclusion:Despite the increasing number of literature of medical imaging teaching in recent years and their enriched contents, no largen -scale research team has been formed, and the quality of literature is yet to be improved. Therefore, the investment in this field needs to be further increased.n
