测算苗木产量的方法颇多。黑龙江林科院用固定面积的样方在代表性的地段上设若干样点;北京林学院根据苗木密度确定样地面积和样本数量,用随机抽样法布点和调查;辽宁省简化北京林学院的调查方法,即不设辅助样方和减少测量面积,经全省12个苗圃的调查表明,也能达到要求的精度。以上几种调查方法,虽然精确度要求不高(要求以90%的可靠性估计达到90%的精度来调查苗木产量),但野外调查计算较难,方法繁琐,工作量大。笔者在苗圃用3.333米样段法调查条播条植的苗木产量,经多点验证表明,方法简便,计算容易,精确度高。
There are many ways to measure seedling yield. Although the accuracy of the above investigation methods is not high enough (to survey the yield of seedlings with the precision of 90%, the accuracy of 90% is estimated), the field investigation is difficult to calculate, the method is cumbersome and the workload is heavy. The author in the nursery with 3.333 m sample section investigation of seedlings planted barley production, the multi-point verification shows that the method is simple, easy to calculate, high accuracy.
