高校双语教学符合教育国际化背景下高校培养高素质复合型人才的战略目标。目前,我国高校对双语教学有效性的质疑体现在其能否克服外语环境缺失的局限性、能否维持双语平衡发展、能否实现与大学基础英语和专业英语教学的有序衔接。在教育国际化背景下反思高校双语教学的有效性,可采用以MOOCs发展为契机推进优质教育资源共享、完善双语教学与大学英语教学的有效对接、打破传统双语课单一模式,构建符合专业发展的双语课程群等路径重建高校双语教学的有效性。
Bilingual Teaching in Colleges and Universities Accord with the Strategic Target of Training High Quality and Complex Talents in Colleges and Universities Under the Background of Education Internationalization. At present, the question about the effectiveness of bilingual teaching in Chinese colleges and universities is whether it can overcome the limitations of the lack of foreign language environment, maintain the development of bilingual balance, and achieve the orderly connection with the basic English and professional English teaching in universities. In the context of internationalization of education, to reflect on the effectiveness of bilingual teaching in colleges and universities, the development of MOOCs can be taken as an opportunity to promote the sharing of quality educational resources, improve the effective connection between bilingual teaching and college English teaching, break the single bilingual teaching mode and build professional education Bilingual Course Groups and Other Paths to Reconstruct the Effectiveness of Bilingual Teaching in Colleges and Universities.
