目的探讨化学性气体所致变应性鼻炎的有效治疗方法。方法对化学性气体引起的变应性鼻炎118例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,进行疗效观察,治疗组68例用康宁克通—A注射液40 mg+50%葡萄糖注射液3 m l在下鼻甲黏膜下局部注射;对照组50例用抗组胺药治疗,口服氯雷他啶及用左卡巴斯汀喷剂喷鼻腔,并将相关资料进行统计学分析。结果治疗组中治愈者43例,好转者20例,有效率92.65%;对照组中治愈者9例,好转者27例,有效率72%;两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康宁克通—A注射液40 mg+50%葡萄糖注射液3 m l在下鼻甲黏膜下局部注射治疗是一种安全、有效、简便的治疗化学性气体引起的变应性鼻炎的方法。
Objective To investigate the effective treatment of allergic rhinitis caused by chemical gas. Methods A total of 118 patients with allergic rhinitis caused by chemical gas were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The curative effect was observed in 68 patients in the treatment group with Corning-Tong-A injection 40mg + 50% glucose injection 3ml Nasal submucosal local injection; control group of 50 patients treated with antihistamines, oral loratadine and left vaginal spray spray nasal cavity, and the relevant data for statistical analysis. Results In the treatment group, 43 cases were cured and 20 cases improved. The effective rate was 92.65%. In the control group, 9 cases were cured and 27 cases improved. The effective rate was 72%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05) ). Conclusions Topical submucous injections of Corningcom-A injection 40 mg + 50% glucose injection 3 ml in the inferior turbinate is a safe, effective and simple method for the treatment of allergic rhinitis caused by chemical gases.
