“孝老爱亲、尽孝讲和、孝行天下”是“孝德文化”的具体内涵,也是中华民族传统文化的核心之一。实施“孝德文化”建设,对于培养年轻员工敬孝、履孝,敬业爱岗、爱家爱企,增强责任意识具有重要作用。神华宁煤集团煤炭化学工业分公司结合自身实际,在借鉴、尝试推行“感恩”文化模式的基础上,结合自身实际,创造性地提出了“孝德文化”工程,使企业文化的模式和体系更为宽泛,也使孝亲、谦和、感恩、团结的氛围日益浓厚,员工对企业发展的共享度和共存度也逐步提升。
