单孢分离是研究食用菌生物学特性及遗传育种的重要技术之一,我们在进行黑木耳、毛木耳及侧耳的杂交育种中,试用了多种单孢分离方法,均难以达到准确,快速的目的。在实践中,我们摸索了一种简易的单孢分离方法,每小时可有效地分离40~50个单孢子,熟练后可达70个/小时。现将此法简介于下:
Single spore separation is one of the most important techniques for studying the biological characteristics and genetic breeding of edible fungi. We tested a variety of single spore separation methods in cross breeding of black fungus, maori fungus and ear, which are difficult to achieve accurate and rapid purpose. In practice, we explored a simple single-spore isolation method that efficiently separates 40 to 50 single spores per hour, up to 70 per hour after work. Now this method is briefly below:
