目的研究原发性高血压患者脉压、脉压指数与颈动脉粥样硬化的相关性。方法选择2008年7月至2009年7月本院门诊及病房原发性老年高血压患者100例,年龄62~76岁。根据超声结果,将颈总动脉或颈内动脉的IMT≥1.0mm或/和颈动脉斑块者定为颈动脉粥样硬化组。将IMT<1.0mm和未见斑块形成者定为颈动脉正常组。根据动态血压计算出24h平均脉压和脉压指数。研究脉压(PP)、脉压指数(PPI)与颈动脉粥样硬化的相关性。结果老年高血压患者颈动脉粥样硬化组脉压值为(69.32±12.51)mmHg,脉压指数(0.48±0.06);颈动脉正常组脉压值为(53.96±10.28)mmHg,脉压指数(0.37±0.04);颈动脉粥样硬化组脉压及脉压指数显著高于颈动脉正常组,P<0.05有统计学意义。结论脉压和脉压指数与颈动脉粥样硬化有很好的相关性,是可以很好反映动脉硬化的指标。
Objective To study the relationship between pulse pressure and pulse pressure index and carotid atherosclerosis in patients with essential hypertension. Methods From July 2008 to July 2009, 100 outpatients and ward patients with essential hypertension in our hospital were selected, aged 62-76 years. According to the results of ultrasound, the common carotid artery or internal carotid artery IMT ≥ 1.0mm or / and carotid plaque as carotid atherosclerosis group. IMT <1.0mm and no plaque formation as the normal carotid group. 24h mean pulse pressure and pulse pressure index were calculated according to ambulatory blood pressure. Results The pulse pressure of the carotid atherosclerosis group was (69.32 ± 12.51) mmHg and the pulse pressure index (0.48 ± 0.06) in the elderly patients with hypertension. The pulse pressure of the normal carotid artery group was (53.96 ± 10.28) mmHg, the pulse pressure index 0.37 ± 0.04). The pulse pressure and pulse pressure index in carotid atherosclerosis group were significantly higher than those in normal carotid artery group (P <0.05). Conclusion Pulse pressure and pulse pressure index and carotid atherosclerosis have a good correlation, is a good indicator of atherosclerosis.
