教育是一种以人来影响人,以人来培养人的事业,教育过程始终是人与人相互作用的过程。为了使受教育者的思想得到健康的发展,教育者必须首先致力于自己的道德修养。我国古代伟大的教育家孔子说过:“其身正,不令而行;其身不正,虽令不从”,“不能正其身,如正人何?”实践证明,教育者的行为无时不体现在受教育者面前的曝光和放大,这种放大的效应也无时不要求教育者要具有良好的道德修养。
