目的 观察双歧杆菌 QJ40 5和乳杆菌 QJ40 5在试管内对肠道致病的抑菌和杀菌效果。方法 抑菌实验 :实验组 ,双歧杆菌 QJ40 5和乳杆菌 QJ40 5分别与各致病菌共同培养 ;对照组 ,实验组中的细菌各自单独培养。然后观察一定间隔时间 (每 2 h或 4h)细菌的数量变化 ,并绘制生长曲线。杀菌实验 :将 2种菌的培养上清液定量滴在已均匀涂布定量致病菌的平板表面 ,然后观察滴过上清液的区域内是否有细菌生长。结果 :4种肠道致病菌和 2株标准菌株 (ATCC2 5 2 92 2 ,ATCC2 5 92 3)的生长明显受到抑制。乳杆菌QJ40 5的代谢产物有杀菌作用。结论 双歧杆菌 QJ40 5和乳杆菌 QJ40 5具有益生菌的性质。
Objective To observe the bacteriostatic and bactericidal effects of Bifidobacterium QJ40 5 and Lactobacillus QJ40 5 on intestinal pathogenicity in vitro. Methods Bacteriostatic test: The experimental group, Bifidobacterium QJ40 5 and Lactobacillus QJ40 5 were co-cultured with each pathogenic bacteria; the bacteria in the control group and experimental group were cultured separately. Then observe the changes in the number of bacteria at regular intervals (every 2 h or 4 h) and plot the growth curve. Bactericidal test: The culture supernatants of the two kinds of bacteria were quantitatively dropped on the surface of the plate on which the quantitative pathogens had been uniformly coated, and then whether there was bacterial growth in the area where the supernatant was dripped was observed. RESULTS: The growth of four enteric pathogens and two standard strains (ATCC 25292 2, ATCC 259332) was significantly inhibited. Lactobacillus QJ40 5 metabolites have bactericidal effect. Conclusion Bifidobacteria QJ40 5 and Lactobacillus QJ40 5 have the properties of probiotics.
