目的:研究良恶性胸腔积液中二氢二醇脱氢酶(dihydrodiol dehydrogenas,DDH)2的表达水平,探讨其对良恶性胸水鉴别诊断价值。方法:分别采用竞争性ELISA法、微粒子酶免疫实验、固相夹心法酶联免疫吸附试验检测66例胸腔积液患者胸水中DDH2、癌胚抗原(CEA)及γ-干扰素水平。结果:恶性胸腔积液中DDH2、CEA表达水平显著高于良性组(P<0.05),γ-干扰素表达水平良性组显著高于恶性组(P<0.05)。结论:胸腔积液中DDH2的检测对良、恶性胸腔积液有一定的鉴别诊断价值,DDH2、CEA、γ-干扰素联合检测有助于恶性胸腔积液的临床诊断。
Objective: To study the expression of dihydrodiol dehydrogenas (DDH) 2 in benign and malignant pleural effusions and to investigate the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant pleural effusions. Methods: The levels of DDH2, CEA and IFN-γ in pleural fluid of 66 patients with pleural effusion were detected by competitive ELISA, microparticle enzyme immunoassay and solid-phase sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay respectively. Results: The expression levels of DDH2 and CEA in malignant pleural effusion were significantly higher than those in benign group (P <0.05). The expression level of IFN-γ in benign group was significantly higher than that in malignant group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The detection of DDH2 in pleural effusion has some differential diagnostic value for benign and malignant pleural effusions. Combined detection of DDH2, CEA and γ-interferon is helpful to the clinical diagnosis of malignant pleural effusion.
