随着社会经济的发展,人们的消费观念发生了很大的变化,对酒店服务也有了更高的要求。酒店以往的服务模式大多是单一、刻板的,而现在越来越多的消费者需要的是更加人性、舒适、现代化的综合服务。这种综合服务具体表现为一些贴近、人性的细节服务。为此,加强对酒店细节服务的研究就显得十分必要。本文分析了细节服务对酒店的意义,在此基础上提出了酒店细节服务提升的对策,以期更好地提高酒店管理水平,为消费者提供更加人性、高品质的产品和服务。
With the social and economic development, people’s consumption concept has undergone great changes, and also has higher requirements for hotel services. The hotel service model in the past mostly single, rigid, and now more and more consumers need more human, comfortable and modern integrated services. This comprehensive service is embodied in some close, human details of the service. For this reason, it is necessary to strengthen the research on the service of hotel details. This article analyzes the significance of the detail service to the hotel, and on this basis puts forward the countermeasures to enhance the service details of the hotel in order to improve the hotel management level and provide consumers with more humanity and high quality products and services.
