目的:观察九虫丹对糖尿病大鼠主动脉糖基化终产物mRNA表达的影响。方法:采用链脲佐菌素左下腹腔单次注射造成糖尿病大鼠模型,随机分模型组、九虫丹高、中、低剂量组、氨基胍组各10只,另设正常对照组10只。方法:应用原位杂交的方法。结果:模型组大鼠主动脉糖基化终产物mRNA表达明显增高。九虫丹治疗后主动脉糖基化终产物mRNA表达的降低,九虫丹高剂量组与氨基胍组相比无统计学差异(P>0.05),与模型组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:九虫丹与氨基胍一样,对糖尿病大鼠主动脉糖基化终产物表达有明显调节作用。提示九虫丹对高血糖造成的主动脉损害具有保护作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of Jiudandan on mRNA expression of advanced glycation end products in diabetic rats. METHODS: Diabetic rat model was induced by a single injection of streptozotocin in the left lower abdominal cavity. The rats were randomly divided into model group, high, middle and low dose groups of Jiudandan, 10 groups of aminoguanidine, and 10 normal control groups. Methods: In situ hybridization was used. Results: The mRNA expression of aglycosylated end products in the aorta of the model group was significantly increased. The reduction of mRNA expression of ag- glycosylation end-products after treatment with Jiudandan was not statistically different between the high dose group and the aminoguanidine group (P>0.05), and it was significantly different from the model group (P<0.05). . Conclusion: Jiudandan, like aminoguanidine, can obviously regulate the expression of glycation end products in the aorta of diabetic rats. It is suggested that Jiudan Dan has a protective effect on aortic lesions caused by hyperglycemia.
