目的:探讨多排螺旋计算机断层扫描(CT)在矽肺诊断中的作用,从而为临床提供可靠的数据来源。方法:回顾性分析本院2010年1月-2014年12月接诊治疗的可疑矽肺患者78例的临床资料,并统计CT诊断的灵敏度,漏诊率,特异度,误诊率以及诊断符合率。结果:78例患者经多排螺旋CT确诊为矽肺的有61例,而在经过系统的诊断后被确诊的矽肺患者有59例,二者检查一致的患者共57例,因此其灵敏度、漏诊率、特异度、误诊率以及诊断符合率分别为96.6%、3.4%、78.9%、21.1%、93.4%。结论:由研究中可以发现,螺旋CT的临床诊断率较高,在临床中具有重要的价值,但若确诊还需要经过系统的诊断,可作为矽肺诊断的主要方法之一。
Objective: To investigate the role of multi-slice spiral computed tomography (CT) in the diagnosis of silicosis to provide a reliable source of data for clinical practice. Methods: The clinical data of 78 patients with suspicious silicosis treated in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2014 were retrospectively analyzed. The sensitivity, misdiagnosis rate, specificity, misdiagnosis rate and diagnostic coincidence rate of CT diagnosis were also calculated. Results: Of the 78 patients diagnosed as silicosis by multi-slice spiral CT, 61 patients were diagnosed with silicosis after systematic diagnosis, and 59 patients with identical silicosis were diagnosed by the system. Therefore, the sensitivity and missed diagnosis rate , Specificity, misdiagnosis rate and diagnostic coincidence rate were 96.6%, 3.4%, 78.9%, 21.1%, 93.4% respectively. CONCLUSIONS: It can be found from the study that spiral CT has a high clinical diagnosis rate and is of great value in clinical practice. However, if it is diagnosed, it needs systematic diagnosis and can be used as one of the main methods for the diagnosis of silicosis.
