针对目前公司轨道车辆可靠性分配工作繁琐,分配效率低以及数据管理不规范等缺点,在GB/T 21562—2008《轨道交通可靠性、可用性、可维修性和安全性规范及示例》的基础上,结合轨道车辆可靠性分配工作实施特点,采用Visual C＋＋6.0语言,利用ODBC访问Access数据库技术,开发了轨道车辆可靠性分配软件系统,该系统建立了轨道车辆可靠性分配数据库,依托人机交互实现了可靠性分配的无纸化操作,应用表明,系统从根本上提高了人员工作效率,实现了对分配数据的规范化管理,为后续列车的研发设计提供了支撑。
