我国高等教育在理论教学过程中大都是采取灌输式的教学方法,课堂上学生忙于做笔记,没有时间去理解、讨论,学生记得越多越好,考试分数越高越好,忽视了学生的思维、沟通能力的培养,学生走上社会面对复杂工作,突出反映出动手能力差,随机应变能力差,集体观念、团队精神淡薄,中国学生和欧美的学生比较,发现中国学生存在“高分低能”的倾向。案例教学采用开放式、互动式的教学,教师是整个教学的主导者,引导学生思考、讨论,教师及时总结、归纳;变应试教育为应用教育,提高理解水平的同时,又丰富了理论,提高了能力,案例教学无疑是我国教育方法改革的发展方向。
