本文主要介绍了采用微处理机控制器检测电阻点焊焊接电流有效值的数值计算原理、检测装置及其检测精度。文中详细论述了峰值电流的求解方法,并论证了在微处理机精度范围内电流有效值I 与峰值I_M 的比值与负载功率因数角φ无关,而仅是可控硅导通角θ的函数的重要结论。从而得出了I/I_M=P(θ)的函数关系式。此研究成果为电阻点焊焊接电流有效值的检测提供了一种新的可行的方法。
This paper mainly introduces the principle of numerical calculation, the detection device and the detection accuracy by using the microprocessor controller to detect the rms welding resistance.
