作为冷弯薄壁型钢龙骨体系结构的主要抗侧力单元,龙骨式复合墙体的承载力性能与覆面板和龙骨骨架间自攻螺钉连接的性能关系密切。进行了冷弯薄壁型钢龙骨与覆面钢板自攻螺钉连接性能的试验研究,主要考察了螺钉端距以及螺钉垫圈等因素对其承载力性能的影响。通过对试验结果的分析比较,得到了钢龙骨与覆面钢板自攻螺钉抗剪性能的主要指标以及影响因素,为龙骨式复合墙体的抗剪性能数值模拟研究提供了基本参数。
As the main anti-side-force unit of cold-formed thin-walled steel keel system, the bearing capacity of the keel composite wall is closely related to the performance of the self-tapping screw connection between the cover plate and the keel skeleton. The experimental research on the connection between the cold-formed thin-walled steel keel and the self-tapping screw on the overlay steel was carried out. The influence of the screw end distance and the screw washer on the bearing capacity was investigated. Through the comparison and analysis of the test results, the main indexes and the influencing factors of the shear resistance of self-tapping screws between steel keel and coated steel are obtained, which provide the basic parameters for the numerical simulation research on the shear resistance of the keel composite wall.
