利用TCL语言对Hyper Works进行二次开发,建立翼盒长桁与蒙皮面积比以及上蒙皮、梁腹板局部稳定性响应并关联部件几何参数。在可行方向法的基础上提出了小步长迭代分层优化方法,以民用飞机为例,对机翼盒段进行参数优化设计,实现了翼盒结构减重。
The second development of HyperWorks was carried out by using TCL language. The ratio of the length of the strut to the skin of the wing box and the local stability of the upper skin and web were established and the geometrical parameters of the components were correlated. Based on the feasible direction method, a small-step iterative stratified optimization method is proposed. Taking civil aircraft as an example, the parameters of the wing box are optimized and the weight of the wing box is reduced.
