非语言交际就是不用言词的交际或用形体语言的交际,由于其文化内含比语言交际隐蔽,在跨文化交际中常常造成大量的文化误解和冲突。排除文化干扰的任务主要由非语言行为教学活动承担,为更好地培养学生理解,适应并接受外族文化中的非语言行为,教师在教学时需要把握好以下三点:重视本土文化的接受度;平等对待非语言行为本身;改善课堂文化。
Nonverbal communication refers to the absence of verbal communication or the communication of body language. Because of its cultural implication is more subtle than that of verbal communication, it often causes a lot of cultural misunderstandings and conflicts in intercultural communication. The task of excluding cultural interference is mainly undertaken by nonverbal teaching activities. To better develop students’ understanding, adaptation and acceptance of nonverbal behaviors in alien cultures, teachers should grasp the following three points in teaching: Attaching Importance to Local Culture Acceptance ; Treating non-verbal behavior on an equal footing; and improving classroom culture.
