我们的亲人——李琦于2009年8月26日静静地离开了人世。1937年,不满九岁的他随父母奔赴延安,投入抗日战争的洪流。七十余年来,不管条件多么艰苦、环境多么险恶,也不计外界的毁誉,他始终坚持自己的信仰和追求,热情而认真地从事美术教学工作;并用手中的画笔,反映和讴歌人民的革命、新中国的建设和改革开放事业。在他的笔下,一个个栩栩如生、神形兼备的普通老百姓、英雄劳模、人民领袖、中外伟人的形象被塑造出来。
Our loved one, Li Qi, died quietly on August 26, 2009. In 1937, less than nine years of age, he went to Yan’an with his parents and put himself into the torrent of the Anti-Japanese War. For more than seventy years, he has always insisted on his faith and pursuit, enthusiastically and conscientiously engaged in fine arts teaching work, no matter how hard the conditions are and how dangerous the environment is, nor does it deny the reputation of the outside world. He also uses the brushes in his hands to reflect and heal the revolution of the people , New China’s construction and reform and opening up. Under his pen, the images of ordinary people, heroic model workers, leaders of the people and great men both at home and abroad were vividly created and vivid.
