本文以LAK细胞为免疫原,用不同的剂量、不同的途径免疫同系小鼠,对诱导抗dsDNA抗体生成条件进行比较研究.结果表明活化淋巴细胞诱导抗加dsDNA抗体生成具有明显的免疫剂量依赖性和免疫途径选择性.皮下免疫细胞≥10~6组易诱导抗dsDNA抗体产生;皮下和腹腔途径是有效的免疫途径,能明显诱导抗dsDNA抗体的生成,而静脉则不易诱导该抗体生成.本文确证了活化淋巴细胞达到一定的剂量,并经过适当的免疫途径就可以诱导抗dsDNA抗体的生成.此现象应引起临床上应用活化淋巴细胞治疗疾病时的注意.
In this paper, LAK cells were used as immunogen and immunized with different doses and different ways to compare the conditions of inducing anti-dsDNA antibody production.The results showed that the induction of anti-dsDNA antibody by activated lymphocytes was significantly dose-dependent And immunopotency.Secretions of anti-dsDNA antibody were easily induced in subcutaneous immune cells≥10 ~ 6, and subcutaneous and intraperitoneal routes were effective immunizations, which could induce the formation of anti-dsDNA antibody obviously, but not by the vein. Confirmed that activated lymphocytes reach a certain dose, and through appropriate immune pathways can induce the formation of anti-dsDNA antibody.This phenomenon should be caused by the clinical application of activated lymphocytes to treat the disease attention.
