我厂新到一台 DK3220型线切割机床,在使用过程中发现,由于丝架下边的导电轮及排丝轮的槽子很窄,又多在暗处,视线不太好,往往钼丝很不容易都挂在槽子内,经常出现钼丝跳槽现象,影响穿丝速度,给加工带来不便。针对这种情况,我们对下导电轮及排丝轮进行了改进,大大提高了穿丝速度,克服了钼丝跳槽现象。经过一年来的使用,效果很理想。本机导电轮及排丝轮是使用的同一张图纸。因此只需要把导电轮的厚度尺寸加宽H,H 宽度尺寸略大于丝架的槽宽尺寸1~2mm,考虑到加宽 H 尺寸的同时,导电轮及排丝轮的重量也随之加大,所以在加工导电
