《劳动合同法》对有关无固定期限劳动合同的条款进行了若干修改,用人单位对此存在着一些误解。本文在对比《劳动合同法》与《劳动法》相关规定的基础上,对用人单位的几点认识误区进行了具体的分析和解释。
The Labor Contract Law makes some changes to the clauses concerning non-fixed-term labor contracts, and the employer has some misunderstandings about it. Based on the comparison of the relevant provisions of Labor Contract Law and Labor Law, this article analyzes and explains some misunderstandings of employers.
