用惰性粒子流化床干燥器对混凝土外加剂等5种物料进行了干燥实验研究,提出了计算体积传热系数的关联式.实验结果表明,由于惰性粒子的存在,强化了传热传质,体积传热系数可达3000W·m~(-3)·K~(-1),但是,床层压力降较高.干燥强度(以蒸出水计)可达50~60kg·m~(-3)·h~(-1),热效率30%~43%,若提高热风进口温度,后两项指标还可提高.
The drying experiments of five kinds of materials, such as concrete admixtures, were carried out with an inert particle fluidized bed dryer. A correlation formula for calculating the volumetric heat transfer coefficient was proposed. The experimental results show that due to the presence of inert particles, heat and mass transfer are enhanced, and the volumetric heat transfer coefficient can reach 3000W · m ~ (-3) · K ~ (-1). However, the bed pressure drop is high. The drying strength (with distilled water meter) can reach 50-60 kg · m -3 · h -1 and the thermal efficiency is 30% -43%. If the hot air inlet temperature is increased, the latter two indexes can be increased.
