As far as the foreign language education itself is concerned, with the development of information technology, fundamental changes have taken place in language concepts and methods of language teaching in the past 60 years. The former foreign language teaching is a reading-centered teaching model, emphasizing reading ability, because the main way we use foreign languages is through reading. Nowadays, the use of foreign languages has been equated with the mother tongue, that is, the ability level of a foreign language needs to be equal to the ability of the mother tongue.
