煤炭科学研究总院唐山分院研制的重介工艺参数自动测控系统采用了 IPC工控机为控制显示核心 ,提供过程参数、控制效果棒图、工艺流程、在线参数修改等人机界面 ;根据现场情况 ,控制采取增大稳定区间 ,分段输出等措施 ,配合特制的液动直行程分流箱 ,液位控制平稳 ,密度控制稳定 ,控制精度高 ,洗选效果明显提高。
