本文在对智慧产业子系统和传统产业子系统之间的关系进行理论分析的基础之上,构建了融合关联度模型和耦合协调度模型,并收集了东莞市行业数据,测算出东莞市2001-2014年的耦合关联度和耦合协调度的数值。结果显示,2001-2014年东莞市智慧城市要素子系统和传统产业要素子系统的耦合关联度保持在0.5左右,表明东莞市两类产业中度耦合;而耦合协调度的数值从0.26上升至0.60,说明东莞市这两类产业的发展从不协调向初步协调发展。根据研究结果,提出了作为传统制造业城市的东莞新型城镇化的路径。
Based on the theoretical analysis of the relationship between the sub-system of the intellectual industry and the traditional industry, this paper constructs a model of the degree of coherence and the model of the degree of co-ordination and collects the industry data of Dongguan, 2014 Coupling and Coupling Coordination values. The results show that the coupling degree of smart element subsystem and traditional factor element subsystem in Dongguan City between 2001 and 2014 is kept at about 0.5, indicating that the two types of industries in Dongguan are moderately coupled, while the value of coupling coordination increases from 0.26 to 0.60 , Indicating that the development of these two types of industries in Dongguan City never coordinated to the initial coordinated development. According to the research results, the paper proposes a new urbanization path of Dongguan as a traditional manufacturing city.
