采用中空纤维支撑液膜(SLM)技术,模拟酸性铟渣浸出液,以磷酸二异辛酯(P204)、磺化煤油体积比3:7为液膜萃取相,盐酸溶液为反萃相,研究了单组件膜萃取系统、双膜组件萃取-反萃系统、双膜组件萃取-超滤系统对酸性浸出液中In的提取与分离效率。结果表明,双膜组件萃取-超滤技术可同时实现浸出液中In的提取与反萃液中In的高纯度富集,浸出液中In的提取率可达90%以上,反萃液中In含量可达浸出液中In含量的70%,In的质量分数高于90%。
The hollow fiber supported liquid film (SLM) technology was used to simulate the leaching solution of acid indium slag. With the volume ratio of dioctyl phosphate (P204) and sulfonated kerosene being 3: 7 as the liquid membrane extraction phase and the hydrochloric acid solution as the stripping phase, Extraction and Separation Efficiency of In in Acid Leachate by Single Component Membrane Extraction System, Double Membrane Extraction - Back Extraction System and Double Membrane Extraction - Ultrafiltration System. The results showed that the extraction of In in the leachate and the high-purity enrichment of In in the stripping solution can be realized simultaneously by the extraction-ultrafiltration technology of the double-membrane module. The In removal rate in the leachate can reach over 90%, and the In content in the stripping solution can be Up to 70% of the In content of the leachate, and the mass fraction of In is higher than 90%.
