向明中学作为一所市重点中学,教师的专业成长,教师个性化教学风格的形成与突显,是学校必须追求的目标。在长期的教学实践中向明中学已经形成了“三精三实二活”的传统教学特色,在当前的教育改革中,如何在新课程理念的指导下,在对学校传统特色的传承发扬中融入创造教育的要求、现代信息技术和研究性学习方法,这成为向明中学创建实验性示范性高中的重要目标之一。为此学校提出了“创造,让课堂充满活力”的口号,推出了“课堂教学再设计”的实践要求。
