目的了解各类医疗机构口腔综合治疗台水路(DUWLs)细菌污染状况,以便采取有效预防措施。方法抽取13家医疗机构21台口腔综合治疗台,采集口腔诊疗用水42份,对水样细菌总数含量进行分析。结果 42份水样细菌总数合格率为33.33%,其中手机喷水合格率为28.57%,三用枪喷水合格率为38.10%,二者无统计学差异(P>0.05)。公立医疗机构的口腔门诊、公立医疗机构私人承包的口腔门诊和民营医疗机构口腔综合治疗台水路合格率分别为57.14%、28.57%和14.29%,三者之间差异明显(P<0.05)。市政自来水管网、自备水处理器和蒸馏水瓶等3种供水方式DUWLs细菌含量合格率分别为37.50%、25.00%和30.00%,三者之间差异不明显(P>0.05)。结论口腔综合治疗台水路细菌污染严重,在医院感染控制过程中应引起足够的重视。
Objective To understand the bacterial contamination of DUWLs in various medical institutions in order to take effective preventive measures. Methods Twenty-one oral treatment units were collected from 13 medical institutions and 42 oral treatment water samples were collected to analyze the total amount of bacteria in water samples. Results The qualified rate of bacteria in 42 water samples was 33.33%. The qualified rate of cell phone water spray was 28.57% and that of triple gun was 38.10%. There was no significant difference between them (P> 0.05). The passing rates of oral clinics of public medical institutions, privately contracted outpatient clinics of public medical institutions and oral comprehensive treatment of waterway of private medical institutions were 57.14%, 28.57% and 14.29% respectively, with significant differences among the three (P <0.05). The passing rate of DUWLs was 37.50%, 25.00% and 30.00% respectively in municipal water pipe network, self-contained water processor and distilled water bottle. There was no significant difference among the three methods (P> 0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive oral treatment of waterway bacteria is seriously polluted and should be paid enough attention in the process of nosocomial infection control.
