目的探讨在列车车厢不同位置布粉对粉块阳性率的影响。方法应用粉迹法在车厢四角和门边的不同位置布粉,调查列车鼠密度,分别记录其阳性及阴性粉块,并对阳性程度进行分级。结果门边的阳性粉块数明显多于车厢四角(P<0.01),阳性粉块中的强阳性粉块的比例两者(门边和四角)差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论旅客列车鼠情调查方法,门边布粉比四角布粉更加方便、实用,阳性率高,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of powder on the positive rate of powder in different positions of train cars. Methods The gossypol method was used to fabricate powder at different positions on the four corners of the car and at the door. The density of the train was investigated. The positive and negative powder masses were recorded, and the positive degree was graded. Results The numbers of positive pinks at the door were significantly more than those at the four corners of the car (P <0.01). There was a significant difference (P <0.01) between the positive pinks and the positive pinks in the positive pinks. Conclusion Passenger train rodent survey method, the door cloth powder than the corners of the cloth more convenient, practical, positive rate, it is worth promoting.
