目的探讨新疆某高等医学院校不同专业少数民族医学生心理健康状况及其影响因素。方法随机抽取新疆某高等医学院校在校329名少数民族医学生,采用精神症状自评量表SCL-90对不同专业学生的健康状况进行测评,比较不同性别、不同专业少数民族医学生心理健康的差异。结果少数民族男、女生躯体化、强迫、恐怖、抑郁、焦虑和其他因子比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);不同专业少数民族医学生SCL-90总分及各因子得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05~0.01),维吾尔医学专业学生SCL-90各因子得分高于其他专业学生。结论高等医学院校应根据少数民族医学生心理健康状况的影响因素采取有针对性的心理健康教育工作,预防心理疾患,有效地帮助学生解决心理问题,从而提高少数民族医学生整体的心理健康水平。
Objective To explore the mental health status and its influencing factors of medical students of ethnic minorities in a medical college in Xinjiang. Methods A total of 329 ethnic minority medical students were enrolled in a certain medical college in Xinjiang at random. The mental health status of different majors was evaluated by SCL-90. The mental health of ethnic minority medical students of different gender and specialty was compared The difference. Results There were significant differences in somatization, compulsion, fear, depression, anxiety and other factors between ethnic minority boys and girls (P <0.01). There was a statistically significant difference between SCL-90 scores and scores of various factors among ethnic minority medical students (P <0.05 ~ 0.01). The score of SCL-90 in Uyghur medical students was higher than that in other majors. Conclusion Higher medical schools should take targeted mental health education according to the influencing factors of mental health status of ethnic medical students to prevent psychological disorders and effectively help them solve psychological problems so as to improve the overall mental health of ethnic medical students .
