为了保障飞机地面牵引的安全性,分析紧急刹车引起的冲击载荷对飞机前起落架下阻力臂的影响,以某型飞机为目标机型,基于Adams建立了含接触碰撞的牵引系统模型,对牵引车牵引飞机实施启动、匀速运行、紧急刹车的过程进行仿真,考察牵引载荷引起的前起落架下阻力臂载荷的变化情况,并通过理论计算和有限元方法对下阻力臂进行屈曲分析。结果表明,紧急刹车时引起的冲击载荷会破坏起落架下阻力臂的结构稳定性。
In order to ensure the safety of aircraft ground towing, the impact of emergency braking on the drag arm under the nose landing gear was analyzed. Taking a certain type of aircraft as the target model, a model of a towing system with contact collision was established based on Adams. The simulation of the process of starting, constant running and emergency braking of the towing aircraft was carried out to investigate the changes of the drag arm load under the nose gear caused by traction load. The buckling analysis of the lower resistance arm was carried out by theoretical calculation and finite element method. The results show that the impact load caused by emergency braking will damage the stability of the resistance arm under the landing gear.
