在新兴媒体时代,媒介技术和市场环境急剧变化,传媒机构的变革势在必行。大型电视媒体机构的规模优势反而会成为阻碍变革的不利因素。本文介绍了瑞典摩登时代集团采取了“减量、扩容”策略,即减少开路电视频道等传统媒体业务,增加电子体育、网络电视运营等新兴媒体业务,同时做强内容板块。其积极调整组织架构和业务内容的做法,有效提升了业务适应能力和市场竞争能力。
In the era of emerging media, dramatic changes have taken place in media technologies and market conditions, and changes in media organizations are imperative. The scale advantage of large-scale television media organizations will instead become a negative factor that hinders change. This article describes the Swedish modern times Group adopted a “reduction, expansion” strategy, that is, to reduce the open channel television and other traditional media business, increase e-sports, network television operations and other emerging media business, while strengthening the content section. Its practice of actively adjusting the organizational structure and business content has effectively enhanced its business adaptability and market competitiveness.
