目的:探讨静配中心提高药物调配工作质量和效率的方法。方法:2016年5月—2017年2月采取问卷形式对静配中心护理工作者关于制约药物调配工作质量和效率的影响因素进行调查,对统计结果进行分析和总结,并采取针对性的改进措施。改进措施主要针对提高残余药液使用率、降低输液中的微粒、提高配置速度三方面来进行。结果:问卷调查结果显示,护理人员素质欠缺、调配技巧不成熟、人员配置不合理是药物配置工作质量与效率的主要制约因素。改善措施实施后调配总量较之前增长了8.95%,调配失误及药品损失情况显著降低,差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:系统并具有针对性的改进措施能够提高药物调配工作质量和效率,值得医院参考及推广。
OBJECTIVE: To explore ways for the service center to improve the quality and efficiency of the drug delivery. Methods: From May 2016 to February 2017, questionnaires were used to investigate the factors influencing the quality and efficiency of the work in the static allocation center and analyze and summarize the statistical results, and take targeted improvement measures . Improvement measures are mainly aimed at improving the residual liquid usage, reducing the particles in the infusion, to improve the speed of the allocation of three aspects. Results: The results of the questionnaire survey showed that the lack of qualified nursing staff, immature deployment skills and irrational staffing are the major constraints on the quality and efficiency of drug allocation. After the implementation of the improvement measures, the total amount of deployment increased by 8.95% compared with that of the previous year. The allocation errors and the loss of medicines were significantly reduced with significant differences (P <0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion: The systematic and targeted improvement measures can improve the quality and efficiency of drug blending work, which is worthy of hospital reference and promotion.
