韶关钢铁有限公司与宝钢集团重组后,接受宝钢现代化管理模式,全面推进以“五制配套”(作业长制、计划值管理设备点检定修制、标准化作业、自主管理)为基础的现代化管理,而“标准化作业”又是“五制配套”的准绳。创新改善与标准化是企业提升管理水平的两大动力因素。创新改善是企业管理水平不断提升的驱动力,而标准化则是防止企业管理水平下滑的制动力。没有标准化企业不可能维持较高的管理水平,也无法达到相应的预期目标。
