随着职业素质教育的日益深入,国家对职业教育提出了越来越高的要求。技工教育是以培养实用型和技能型人才为教育目标的学科教育,数学作为一门基础文化课,其对技工教育各方面的专业课程都具有不同程度的影响。但是,随着近年技工院校招生规模的扩大,依旧存在着一些不利的因素:如科目定位不明确、学生基础差、学习动机与认识的缺乏、教师知识结构单一等因素,导致数学科目的教学正临着前所未有的困难和挑战。基于此,技工教育的数学教育的改革势在必行。至于如何着手实施数学课程的改革,以笔者多年的经验,结合当前的现状,认为课程改革需坚持一个理念——以专业应用需求为导向。即找准数学与专业知识的结合点,遵循学生专业知识及未来职业岗位能力的需要和认知规律,以“必须、够用”为标准,以“讲清概念、强化专业应用”为重点,将“知识理论实践一体化”的教学理念融入到课程教学的整体设计之中。
With the continuous deepening of vocational quality education, the state has put forward higher and higher requirements on vocational education. Mathematics, as a basic culture course, has various degrees of influence on specialized courses in all aspects of technical education. However, with the expansion of enrollment of technical colleges and universities in recent years, there are still some unfavorable factors: such as the unclear positioning of subjects, the poor foundation of students, the lack of motivation and understanding of learning, the single knowledge structure of teachers, etc., which lead to the teaching of maths subjects Is facing unprecedented difficulties and challenges. Based on this, the reform of mathematics education in mechanics education is imperative. As for how to proceed with the reform of mathematics curriculum, based on years of experience of the author and current situation, we believe that the curriculum reform should adhere to one philosophy - oriented by the needs of professional applications. That is, identify the combination of mathematical and professional knowledge of the point, follow the students’ professional knowledge and ability of future job needs and cognitive rules to “must, enough ” as the standard, “to clarify the concept and strengthen the professional application ”As the focus, the teaching theory of“ integration of knowledge, theory and practice ”into the overall design of the course teaching.
