目的分析杭州地区健康孕妇妊娠期纤维蛋白原(fibrinogen,Fg)水平。方法选取2014年1月-2015年7月来本院检查的健康单胎妊娠孕妇作为研究对象,采用CLAUSS法检测血浆Fg水平,分析各妊娠期Fg水平变化趋势,并用现行参考值分析Fg水平的异常率。结果 14 588例中早期妊娠999例、中期妊娠7 658例、晚期妊娠5 931例。Fg妊娠期总体水平为(3.68±0.73)g/L,早期、中期及晚期妊娠Fg水平分别为(2.71±0.56)g/L、(3.53±0.62)g/L、(4.04±0.67)g/L,呈上升趋势。妊娠期总体、早期、中期及晚期妊娠Fg水平分别有68.10%、91.69%、79.60%、49.27%的结果,落在现行Fg参考值(2~4)g/L内。各妊娠期内<35岁和≥35岁组间Fg水平差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血浆Fg水平在早期妊娠、中期妊娠及晚期妊娠中呈增高趋势,年龄对妊娠各期Fg水平无显著影响,应建立不同测定方法的各妊娠期Fg参考值。
Objective To analyze the levels of fibrinogen (Fg) during pregnancy in healthy pregnant women in Hangzhou. Methods Healthy singleton pregnant women examined in our hospital from January 2014 to July 2015 were selected as the research objects. Plasma Fg levels were measured by CLAUSS method. The changes of Fg levels in each pregnancy were analyzed. The Fg level Abnormal rate. Results A total of 14 588 middle and early pregnancies were performed in 999 cases, with 7 658 cases of intermediate pregnancy and 5 931 cases of late pregnancy. The overall level of Fg during pregnancy was (3.68 ± 0.73) g / L, and the levels of Fg in early, middle and late pregnancy were (2.71 ± 0.56) g / L and (3.53 ± 0.62) g / L, is on the rise. Fg levels in the whole pregnancy, early pregnancy, middle and late pregnancy were 68.10%, 91.69%, 79.60%, 49.27% respectively, falling within the current Fg reference value (2-4) g / L. There was no significant difference in Fg levels between 35 and 35 years old during pregnancy (P> 0.05). Conclusions Plasma Fg levels show an increasing tendency in early pregnancy, middle-term pregnancy and late pregnancy. Age has no significant effect on Fg levels during pregnancy. Fg reference values of different pregnancy test methods should be established.
