铸幸福根基,绘七彩人生!2009年我校有幸承担了青岛市《教材使用与学生数学素养形成的研究》的子课题《教师数学素养促进学生数学素养形成的研究》。几年来,我们跟随青岛市教研室和区教研室素养课题的研究步伐,坚持“着眼低处,放眼高处”和“以理论支撑研究”“以创新开拓研究”的思路,把课题研究和校本教研相结合,促进了教师的专业化成长和学生数学素养的提升。七彩三小,缤纷四现,研究成果可谓精彩纷呈。一、创编引桥课程推行课前调查
